Soft Signage Supplies ships materials using methods appropriate to product type, order size, and destination. Shipping options are designed to protect materials in transit while providing predictable freight costs for both single-roll and palletized orders.

Small Orders & Boxed Shipments

Single rolls and smaller quantities may ship via parcel or LTL freight depending on roll size, weight, and quantity. Boxed shipments are used whenever practical to minimize cost and transit time.

Palletized Freight

Larger orders, heavier rolls, mixed-SKU orders, or pallet-quantity products ship via palletized freight. Pallet shipments ensure material stability during transport and are required for many high-volume or oversized configurations. Pallet packaging may be boxed or bulk wrapped depending on the product and manufacturer.

Freight Costs & Transit Times

Some products may include free shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Otherwise, freight costs are calculated at checkout or quoted for approval after order is received. Costs are based on shipment size, weight, destination, and carrier requirements. Transit times vary by product type, warehouse location, and shipping method.

Delivery Considerations

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including liftgate requirements or restricted access locations, to avoid delays or additional freight charges.
