How Ordering Works

Soft Signage Supplies offers multiple ordering formats to match how soft signage materials are actually purchased and produced.

Products are organized by packaging and quantity so pricing, shipping, and availability remain clear and predictable.

Single Rolls (Boxed Roll Materials)

Single-roll materials are ordered by selecting the exact roll size required. Roll width and length are chosen directly on the product page, and pricing updates automatically based on the selected configuration.

These rolls are boxed and may be shipped individually based on quantity. Multiple roll orders (including mixed SKU’s) may be also be palleted. Larger orders or heavier rolls may also require palleting.

Pallet Quantities

Pallet-quantity products receive volume pricing and are packaged and shipped as full pallets. Quantity per pallet will vary by SKU. Pallet quantity products may be boxed or bulk wrapped depending on the vendor. Pallet options are best suited for high-volume production environments, standardized roll usage, and cost-efficient freight planning.

Non-Roll Products

Some products are not sold as rolls and are ordered as individual items or packaged units. These products use standard quantity selection rather than roll dimensions. Pricing and availability are displayed per item, and shipping is calculated based on item type, quantity, and destination.
