Soft Signage Supplies applies taxes, tariffs, and duties in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Charges may vary based on product type, shipping destination, and order configuration.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping destination and applicable state and local tax laws. Tax is applied at checkout where required. Customers claiming tax-exempt status are responsible for providing valid exemption documentation prior to order fulfillment.

Sales Tax Exempt Businesses

Sales tax–exempt businesses are required to provide valid exemption certificates. We will be happy to open an account that accommodates approved tax-exempt status upon receipt and verification of appropriate documentation.

Tariffs & Duties

USA Orders - Unless otherwise noted we provide "all-in" pricing (other than freight costs). 

Canadian Orders - Canadian shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import charges. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product pricing unless explicitly stated.

Responsibility & Compliance

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable tax, tariff, and import regulations related to their purchase.
